What is The Bridal Room Rental price range?

We have a select collection of wedding gowns available for rent, , Our wedding gowns for rent range from P10,000-15,000. We also have evening gowns for rent from P2,000-4,000.

What sizes do you carry for rent?

The Bridal Room Rental gown sizes range from US size 2- US size 12.

What is condition of gown?

Our gowns for rent are all brand new (not 2nd hand). We ensure that gowns to be rented out are assessed and inspected well and that they are returned in the same condition they are picked up.

Do you accept alterations for gowns for rent? 

Unfortunately, we do not alter rental gowns to fit. We can alter the lining of the length of the gown (if possible).

Can we reserve the gown?

We allow reservations up to 3 months in advance. In order to reserve a gown, we require a reservation payment,  which is the amount of the rental fee of the gown plus the dry cleaning fee. Rental is on a first come-first served basis. Once the reservation fee is paid, we will block off the rental period, and the gown will not be rented out to other brides during this period.

We need 2 week lead time between reserved dates to allow for dry cleaning and alterations if needed.

How long is rental period covered by the rental fee?

Our rental lasts for 3 days, so your dress must be returned by the 3rd day to avoid being charged a late fee. You may also extend the rental period, but at a daily fee.

What is the rental process? 

After signing our Rental Agreement, we will require you to leave with us any valid government ID:  passport, NBI, drivers license, SSS, or Voters ID, which will be returned to you when you return the gown. We also require a refundable security deposit which will be returned to you when you return the gown, less any damages or penalties incurred.

Can someone else pick it up and return it for me?

Yes, please provide an authorization letter from the Bride.  The representative must also leave a valid ID (same as above) which will be returned

What if I damage the gown?

We will assess the gown together with you when it is picked up and when it is returned. We understand that some wear and tear may occur and is inevitable. Any stains will be covered by the dry cleaning fee. If there are damages that need to be repaired, our team will assess the damages and charge damage  fees accordingly.

If the gown is damaged beyond repair, the security deposit will be forfeited.

What happens if I lose an item? 

If the item is lost, the fee is the retail price of the item. A penalty will also be charged for any lost or damaged accessories that come with the rented gown (garment bag, hanger, belt, corset lace or cover).

Do you dry clean it before / after it is rented out?

Yes, we dry clean a gown after it is rented out.

What are payment terms?

To reserve the gown (and the date), we require full payment of the rental fee plus dry cleaning fee. We also require a refundable security deposit (cash only) upon pick up of the gown. This will be returned when the gown is returned. Any damages or early/late pick up/return fee will be deducted from this security deposit.

Do you rent out accessories?  

Our accessories (veils, hair accessories, bags) are only for sale.

How do you package the gown for rent?

We will turn over the gown to you in a garment bag. This, together with the hanger, must be returned to us in good condition after the rental period.

Can I purchase the gown after I rent it out?

Yes, most of our gowns available for rent are also available for sale.
