What is the price range of your dresses?

The Bridal Room Ready-To-Wed collection carries wedding gowns for sale ranging from P30,000-80,000.  The Bridal Room Rental offers wedding gowns for rent priced from P10,000-15,000.

 

Who is your designer? 

Our dresses are designed by The Bridal Room and manufactured in Hong Kong.

 

What sizes do you carry?

We carry dresses from US sizes 2-18.  Should you wish to purchase a dress in a size that is not currently in store, a special order may be arranged. We also offer alteration services. We will adjust the length of your gown for free. Cost of other alterations will vary depending on what needs to be fixed.

 

Do you do made-to-order?

We are an RTW brand, so we only offer off-the-rack wedding dresses. However, if you would like to customize your dress, or add a few embellishments, we can do that for you at an extra fee.

 

Do I need to make an appointment?

Yes, we prefer you set an appointment to ensure quality of service.

 

Is each dress unique?

Yes, we try our best to order one size per style. We may also have some dresses in stock in different sizes. However we can customize your dress, add a few embellishments, suggest accessories and a mood board tohelp you create a unique and more personalized look.

 

How often do you get new gowns?

We have two collections each year but we try and bring in as much new styles on a regular basis.

 

Do you make entourage dresses?

Yes, our ADORA infinity gown is available for sale.

 

What other products do you offer?

Aside from our RTW gowns, we also offer bags and headpieces for sale to complete your look. We also give away wedding accessory freebies for every purchase, to help ease the hassle of shopping around.

May I take pictures of the gowns on me while I try them on?

Sorry, unfortunately not.

 

Do you have on-the-day service?

No. Our dresses are designed and/or altered to fit seamlessly so there should be no need for on the day alteration / beading service. We also offer a fitting form for rent for your photo shoot.

 

Where are your other branches?

Currently in BF but looking to expand.

 

Orders

 

What if the gown I want is not available? How much lead time do you need?

You may place an order through us. Four to six months is a comfortable lead time to create your dress and allow for any alterations. Once the dress arrives, our sales consultant will get in touch with you to schedule a fitting. Rush orders (gown is needed 3 months or earlier) are also accepted but at an extra fee.

 

I am overseas and I would like to order. Do you accept orders? What is the process?

Of course, we prefer that you come to the store to try on our dresses once you are in town. However, if this is not possible, you can send us your body measurements and bridal gown pegs via email and we will get back to you with our RTW bridal gown selections and suggestions that closely match your pegs and that come in your size. Once the order is confirmed and we receive full payment for the gown (plus shipping fees) via bank transfer, we can ship the dress to you. Please check with us what locations (and fees) we can ship to.

 

 

Alterations

 

If the gown I want doesn’t fit, can you have it altered? How much lead time do you need?

Yes! We offer alteration services which will need a lead time of three months. Once you have decided on a gown and want to have it altered, our sales consultant will schedule measurement taking as early as three months before your preferred pick up date. Once this is done, we will only begin alterations upon receipt of alteration fee.  Your dress will be ready for fitting and pick up about one month after your measurements were taken.

We will alter the length of your dress without a cost. Cost of other alterations will vary depending on what needs to be fixed.

 

I had my gown altered the first time but I am still not happy with it. Can I have it altered again?

Yes you may. Our dresses are made to fit perfectly once altered, so as long as instructions are clear, measurements are correct, and the design is final during the first measurement taking, we can assure you there will be no need for a second alteration.

 

My plan is to lose weight, can I reschedule my first fitting and measurement taking to a later date?

Yes! We suggest you schedule measurement taking once you are more comfortable with your weight and measurements, closer to your wedding date. Please allow us three months lead time for fitting and alterations. We will only begin alterations once alteration fees are paid in full.

 

If I want customize my gown / add embellishments, is this possible? How much lead time do you need?

Of course, our sales consultant can help suggest better ways to personalize your look. However, any embellishments and accessories will have a fee. These extra designs should be finalized during measurement taking so that your final dress will be ready immediately.

 

Do you provide alterations on-site?

Yes we do, for all The Bridal Room gowns. But this needs to be scheduled beforehand with our sales consultant. Length alterations are free. Other alterations come with a fee.

 

Payment

 

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept payment in cash, bank deposit, checks and credit card. Checks will only be accepted for deposit. Full payment or payment of balance must be paid in cash or through bank deposit.

If you want to reserve a dress, we require a 50% deposit at the time you reserve your gown. The balance must be paid up to a week after you make the deposit. We will only hold the dress up to a week after you pay the reservation fee.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. We follow a no-return, no exchange policy.

 

Care

 

How do we care for and store the gown we purchase?

Our gowns are packaged in garment bags upon purchase. We also provide care instructions in each of our dresses.

 

 

Are your items washed / dry cleaned / steamed before purchase or after alteration?

Yes, we handle our gowns with delicate care to preserve the quality of the dress and ensure they are in good condition before purchase. We require all guests who enter The Bridal Room to wear gloves which we will provide.

All our gowns in-store are washed / dry cleaned / steamed as and when necessary. Gowns which have been altered will be steam-ironed before final fitting and pick up.

We can also suggest dry cleaners who specialize in wedding gowns should you wish to have it dry cleaned before your wedding day.

 

Delivery and pick up

 

Do you deliver?

No, we only accept pick-ups at the store.

 

Can we leave our dress in your store upon purchase and pick it up closer to the wedding date?

Yes, we offer free storage of your wedding gown for four months (this also includes the alteration period if the gown you wish to store will need to be altered). We can also keep the gown for you beyond the free four month storage period, at a daily fee.
